Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sounds Alive, I value your time and energy — and I put the same care into preparing for every session. This policy is here to help keep things fair and respectful for both of us.

Payments and Bookings

To secure your booking, payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. Your appointment time is not confirmed until payment has been received.

If payment is not made in advance, the time slot may be offered to another client.

If you’re unable to pay online — for example, if you don’t use online banking or are unsure how to — please contact me directly to discuss alternative options.

Appointments & Private Sessions

Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable. This is because it’s unlikely I’ll be able to fill your spot on short notice.

No-shows are also non-refundable.

That said, I understand that life happens — if you’re unwell or experiencing an emergency, please get in touch. I’m always happy to find a kind solution where I can.

Workshops, Group Sessions & Events

Cancel 7+ days before the event: Full refund.

Cancel 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund.

Cancel within 48 hours of the event: No refund, unless I’m able to fill your spot.
